Celebrating Pride and solidarity

Pride celebrates members of 2SLGBTQ+ communities being their authentic selves. Solidarity means putting allyship into action by learning, challenging, and standing with members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community against homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, and the broad range of intersectional oppression experienced by members of queer communities.

ETFO locals and members can show the power of our diversity and the strength of unity by participating in a local Pride event. For details about Pride event dates across the province, visit Ontario Pride Events 2026.

Volunteer at Pride!

ETFO will be participating in Family Pride for the first time, and members can register to volunteer.

ETFO members can also march with the Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) at Toronto Pride. Don't forget to register for the march!
