2026 Collective Bargaining Goals

ETFO collective agreements expire on August 31, 2026, and preparations for the upcoming round of bargaining have already begun.

The first step we take to prepare for negotiations is establishing the Federation’s overall bargaining goals. The goals are based on extensive member consultation and are now publicly available on our website.
